Students in all Casper and Natrona County area middle schools will be offered a free copy of "Michael Vey: The Prisoner of Cell 25" by Richard Paul Evans this fall (2012). Evans's popular novel has been chosen as the One Community, One Book (OCOB) title by a group of Casper librarians. The purpose of OCOB is to promote "Reading for the Fun of It".
